Arcy Rosmery De la Cruz Suazo is a joy-centered social changer and intersectionality advocate with a deep commitment to femicide awareness and inclusivity.
As the Founder of Hyperdiverse, a Switzerland-based organization dedicated to creating inclusive spaces, Arcy draws from her expertise in coaching, facilitation, training, and storytelling to empower individuals and communities.
An Afro-caribbean, lesbian femicide Survivor turned Activist, Arcy happily insist on raising awareness and advocating for kinder societies and wholesome change. Her experiences have shaped her into a resilient and inspiring voice for survivors of gender-based violence.
Through her work at Hyperdiverse, Arcy is passionate about fostering inclusive, vibrant, and safe environments where everyone feels comfortable bringing their whole selves. Her approach is grounded in intersectionality, recognizing the interconnected nature of various social identities and experiences.
For example, she brings a rich tapestry of ever-evolving experiences to the table, including: lesbian, woman, expat, person of color, migrant, islander, light-skinned, living with an invisible illness, survivor of deep trauma, vegan, aware of specism, sexually fluid, perimenopausal, violence orphan, disadvantaged nationalities, femicide survivor, Afro-Caribbean, economically challenged with a survival mindset, and diverse spiritualities and healing practices.
As a skilled coach, facilitator, and trainer, Arcy empowers individuals and groups to develop their full potential and create positive change. Her use of storytelling as a powerful tool for connection, empathy, and learning is central to her approach.

Why Hyperdiverse?
The name "Hyperdiverse" holds deep significance. It represents a space that encompasses a wide range of realities beyond race and gender. This name emphasizes the importance of integrating different aspects of our identities and experiences to create healing narratives that promote wholeness. It's a concept that embraces beauty, multidimensionality, and overall well-being.
The founder, Arcy, coined this term to invite wholeness everywhere she goes, drawing from her experiences as an expat, femicide survivor, afro-caribbean, insular, lesbian, vegan, and woman of color. Her goal is to transition from surviving to thriving and to inspire others to do the same. This approach can spark positive conversations and curiosity, encouraging individuals to engage with and learn from a wide range of experiences and perspectives.
